Well, 2024 is coming to a close. Another year over already, I can't believe where the time goes!! As is common for this time of year I've been looking back at what's happened in 2024 and looking ahead to 2025 and what I'd like to achieve.

It hasn't been the best year for me and my business, with changes to Google Search (Reddit dominating search results) and AI bringing challenges to bloggers and content creators like me. But I am happy to still be here, writing articles and sharing advice to help people to explore the world.

I think in the world of AI it's become more important than ever to make personal connections and to get advice from real people, whether you're planning a trip, making a recipe or doing pretty much anything!

So I'm going to do my best to show up more for you both here on email and on social media so you know I am a real person and I'm here to help you plan your best ever travel adventure.

Changes for Me

The biggest change for me coming in 2025 is that I will no longer be nomadic. After 9 years travelling the world I've decided to move back to my beloved Barcelona full time.

I'm heading back there in a couple of days to start looking for an apartment, so wish me luck!
